Server Admins

Okay, so I want to set up a server to run while I'm not around or I'm not doing anything. However, I want it so that a select number of people can admin themselves while I'm away, so if I were at school or such, I don't have to worry about my netgame lacking admins.

The question is this: Does a person have to be admin-ed ingame, or is there a way to allow some people to admin themselves?

There is a way to let people admin theirselfs.

First, in console, enter: PASSWORD <BOOGIEBOOGIEWALIKEIKNOWWHATYOURPASSWORDWILLBE>

Do this once and the password will stay permantly. Tell this password to a few people you thrust. They'll be able to the console command: LOGIN <PASSWORD> to admin theirselfs.
