Open the console (Using this button right here! `) And type 'runsoc SOCNAME.soc'.

/me slapds forehead. All of you are wrong. It's addfile soc.soc. Runsoc causes cfails in netgames.

Kaysakado has it right.

EXEC filename? That's for txt files.

Runsoc soc.soc? That's for level headers.
