Yeah... You just can't ever since ficklecam was integrated in 2.2.1. It was totally fine when ficklecam was a EXE mod for 2.2.0 in the first place, if I'm not mistaken.
Skidding works fine in Simple Controls mode with automatic braking on. But if it's turned off, you just "turn back". It's just odd.
