Try Redownloading And if it Doesn't work Extract It Somewhere Else
Maybe It Works

I did it over and over again, won't work.

What's missing is the SRB2WIN.exe only, i just need that.

Umm... isn't there a F12 hotfix anyway? If every file is correctly extracted exept for that "srb2win.exe" you can download the hotfix patch and extract both the srb2win.exe and srb2dd.exe because it just overwrites the files

The hotfix download on the front page has the EXEs in it. You can get it from there.
