Whenever I come back to play SRB2 after I downloaded SRB2JTE, there's always a christmas version when I play. Even when I use doombuilder. Can someone please tell me what's wrong?

Nothing's wrong, and it has nothing to do with SRB2JTE. During the month of december, SRB2 is in Christmas mode. You can either wait 'till January, or use the -noxmas command line parameter if you hate it that much.

Oh....

Oh right, I was thinking about that but it didn't happen on December 1 - 24. Probally because the christmas celebration is on the 25th. Okay thanks.

-noxmas is the incorrect command for SRB2JTE. The correct command is -noholiday.

-holiday 0 also works for SRB2JTE too. I tested it.
