Help With Megaman

Okay so if you have seen my megaman post in editing then you know why im here so i just need some help with the following
-- life icon
-- css art
-- weapon system
-- a working health bar and weapon bar (for weapons)
-- maybe something to replace super sonic

I hope you guys can help with this i would really like it (:

I'm also doing a Mega Man mod :P
Well, that means we could work together! I don't have any experience with art (I was going to use ripped MM7 sprites) but I was going to give him a life bar, a weapon system depending on your shield, and as a super form, the Super Armor from the Sonic and Mega Man Worlds Collide comic (basically Super Adaptor Mega Man but yellow :P)
