Fixed Turning super with speedmusic while NoSSMusic=1 disables music

While playing Mystic Realm, I collected super sneakers. While the music was still playing, I turned Super. The super sneaker music kept playing, but when it was over, the normal music didn't kick back in. Once I got an extra life, the regular music returned.

If I had to guess, the same bug exists turning super with invincibility(EDIT: you can't turn super while invincible), speed shoes, or extra life music playing.

I can confirm the super + speed sneakers music bug happens, though it doesn't seem to happen with the extra life music.

Aha, fixed it! Turns out that turning super normally tampers with the timers for sneakers, invincibility and extra life, setting them all to 0. This didn't happen the latter two when NoSSMusic is set, but not for super sneakers ...so when the music for it ended, the usual cue to restore music didn't happen.
