A slight thing I noticed... RTELEPORT causes:<pre>I_Error("P_MapStart: tmthing set!")</pre> It's making testing part of my 2d level a pain :/

I kinda have the information about Better 2d mode on the 2d mode page (http://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/2D_Mode#2D_mode_EXE_mods). I am not sure if it needs anything more then that. If you want to, you can go ahead.

Now srb2Better2d uses 1.09.4 as a base. There were some problems with zoom tubes not working sometimes, and I think this will fix that. I also had a reported error regarding the music.dta, so I think using 1.09.4 fixed that too.
