Tougher than the toughies, smarter than the smarties, here comes the world's richest duck, Scrooge McDuck! Made him for fun while testing out SRB2's modding tools.
Features include:
Scrooge's stats are 3, 6. A little on the slow side and slightly heavier than you would think... might be the bag of gold coins under his hat!
