Lemmy Koopa comes to SRB2 Kart in all of his wacky glory!
Both his speed and weight stats are 1, matching his Mario Kart 8 stats as closely as possible.
Since I'm far from a good spriter I instead used some 3d models created for MikuMikuDance to create the pre-rendered sprites, because of this however his recolors aren't quite as good as a normal character but they do work, as you can see in the gif image below. The RAR file also includes a Credits.txt file crediting the people who helped bring this mod to life.
