Dev C++ Makefile.win error? [NEED HELP NOW] OVA A MONTH NOW

When I try to do anything with the file like compile, run, clean and some other tools, it gives me a Makefile.win error. I don't know what that means. I am using Windows XP Professional SP3 with Dev-C++ in G:\Dev-Cpp\. Also, I have the Dev-Packs required for SRB2.

When you be patient. Patience is the key.

You'll need to install the devpacks if you have not already. They can be found here.
