Multiplayer Issue - Friends can join a server, I can't.

So, for a while, me and my friends have been playing both SRB2 and SRB2Kart in servers but now they managed to get a server through a VPN and making it, however, I can't join the server. I'd like to play with them, but the problem is even when I do use a VPN I can't use the master server, so no matter what I do, I can't even join them. Could I please get some help with this issue?

If you can't use the master server at all, an error message should be present in the console. You can also check for it in the latest-log.txt.

There may be a lot of reasons why you cant.

1- Master Server may fell down

2- Your PC wifi driver has just restarted, or the adapter has issues.

3-(the most possible) Windows Firewall may have blocked any Srb2 connection with netgames

4- Your internet connection may have been slow in these days

Edit: im discarding newer versions message, cuz there is two options, they do still work, or you directly may get an outdated version error message. Im not actually sure

Perhaps late to answer but you cannot join your own server from the master server. You must join it with localhost or 127.0.0.1 if it's your computer and local IP(192.168.1.x) if it's on your network(same router)
