Adds a command to allow you to change how fast your rings drain while super
Commands:
ringdrain <type>: choose from one of 3 ring drain types. Accepted arguments are as follows:
1, on, default, normal: the default drain, you will lose one ring per second.
0, off, no, none: No ring drain, you will not lose any rings.
2, double, fast: fast ring drain, you will lose 2 rings per second.
3, frenzy, faster: You will lose 3 rings per second
Changelog:
v1: initial release
v1.1: Added Ring Frenzy

Ok what about Triple as fast, or 1/2 as fast as an option. I wouldn't use the latter since default is already slow enough, but there are probably some people who would welcome the addition.

see I thought of this, I want to add another option that's even faster, maybe x3 or x4, but you draw rings in as you get close. I wanted to add IO support first though.

Drawing rings in as you get close seems like it should be it's own console command. I think triple as fast would make Super maybe more fun for others as Super would be very hard to keep, but Super makes you invincible, fast, etc. so yeah. The slow "default" ring drain we have now, nobody skilled is gonna run out of rings very easily unless its deep sea, deep sea sucks as much as i used to love it being underwater is so slow
 
Version 1.1 is ready! You can now increase your ring drain even further to x3!

When I Type 0 it Still drains
 
Why do you even play 2.1.25? Is it because your device cannot run 2.2.10?
