I don't really know, but it seems that this happens to all dedicated servers. You could probably just restart your server when this happens or host non-dedicated server.

By the way, can you unban me from your server please? I'm banned for like, almost a year now.

Thats probably IP-range....? Give me your IP and i'll look up why it's BANd. I don't really remember...

The problem is that it also happens on non-dedicated server.
