Changing the Drowning music

Trying to change the sounds of some things in the game, and attempted to change the drown music.
After putting O__DROWN (double underscore like in music.dta) in the pk3 and drowning myself, the original would still play.
Why does this happen?

Maybe you have digital music off and didn't realise? Also, make sure you're using O_ and not 0_

I do have the digital music on.
I did put O instead of zero.

Maybe you didn't save it properly or load it properly, then.

Ok, update.
I added another sound file and the drowning suddenly worked.
Welp, time to add a dummy text file!

Wait are you quite sure that it’s supposed to be a double underscore? I don’t ever remember that being the case.

Yeah, it is.
I've been working with Music Replacement,
Songs usually wouldn't be double underscore; O_GFZ1
But Certain Songs, Like the Super, Drowning, and Super Shoes, would be double underscore; O__SHOES, O__SUPER.
