Castle Eggman: music fade bug

Hey there. I found something weird.
I was playing Castle Eggman Act 1 and got to the part where the music tones down just before the bridge. But just before i kept going, i got the lightning shield and realized there were secret rings behind me. So after failing to get them and falling into the pit below, i returned to the last checkpoint in the courtyard (before the point when the music fades away)... but the music hasn't come back.

It's seemed like an oversight of some sort, but unlike spawning at the checkpoint at the bridge section (where the music does play briefly before fading out again), I noticed spawning at previous checkpoints also does not play the music again, but rather stuck silent.

I'm hoping it's not just on my end, but it's some strange i ran into.
 
Not a bug, the fade out is intentional, the trigger was already adjusted for 2.2.1 so it's less sudden.
 
Also, you know there's an actual bug report forum, right?

oh shoot i just realized that my apologies. Also thanks!

I was referring to the fact that it doesn't return in certain spawnpoints.
