Colormap problems.

Well I have my color map set up correctly, but it still refuses to work. It just does not appear.
 
Did you tag linedef 16 to the linedef?
Did you tag the linedef to the water linedef sectors tag?
Did you type #0000FFJ in the upper left block?

I think that answers your question.
