What is the creepiest looking boss you have ever fought in any game? If you can post a picture or video please do. The creepiest boss I've ever fought is Bellum from The Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass. Yeah..... I don't play very creepy games.

Damn it, just lost the game.
Anyway, the creepiest boss I ever had the joy of fighting would have to be nightmare from metroid fusion, especially when the mask comes of and it shows it's face
 
Zelda games do have quite a lot of creepy bosses.

Bongo Bongo from OoT creeped me out. So did Majora from Majora's Mask.
 
Andross from Star Fox 64, I always ran away when I saw my older cousin fight him. Then again, most of the ghosts from Luigi's Mansion were creepy too, though most of them qualify as mini-bosses, as there were only a small amount of "Bosses" in the game.
 
The first boss in OoT. I just ran around in darkness for a while then some hugeass monster shows up on the ceiling and scares the crap out of me. Plus, I was playing with the lights off, I didn't expect OoT to be scary.
 
I say dark zero from kirby's dreamland 3 takes my 1st place. What is creepier than a boss that uses it's own blood for bullets and missiles and then it's eye bloodily rips from it's body and charges at you and then squirts blood from his eye when he dies? (and even has made people vomit from that?) Not even Giygas can do that.

I think I just won the game...(Shit, I just lost THE GAME!)

My second creepiest is the Metroid prime from the first metroid prime game. It was just plain scary.

But as you can see, I got better.

back on topic, Nemisis is creepy in its own right, to the point of me relishing the fact I'm not a STARS member. I mean The guy kills you by giving you a head shot with a tongue that comes out of his hand! I really should stop looking up/playing stuff like this.
 
You thought Kimimaro Kakuya was creepy in the anime? Imagine him in the video games... Yeah.

Oh, and most of the Metroid bosses.
 
Crocomire from Super Metroid. I mean, he's not the best looking boss, he apprears to be sweating his skin off. D:
Then, you push him into a pit of lava, he tries to climb back out while dying, you run away, and his skeleton bursts up out of the floor and falls apart in front of you.

Ughhhh. That was horrid.

Also Mother Brain's final form was bad. Ugly it was.
