SRB2 Fullscreen issues

Hi, I'm having issues with fullscreen mode. Pictures won't capture it, and it's the same issue as in the topic here: http://mb.srb2.org/showthread.php?t=37369

However, I decided to take a video with my phone, so if you could please watch and read the description, I'd very much appreciate any possible insight. It's really odd since it worked as recently as last month.

This is a problem that happens only on the modern Version of windows like win7 or 8, and some time on other Operating Systems
Running the game In Opengl Video Rendrer will fix
To run The Game In Opengl Video Rendrer Use one of the following Steps
A-Use the Command Prompt to run the game in opengl with the following Command "-opengl"
B-Use SRB2Net Launcher That is downloadable here :

Disable your dynamic wallpaper by only selecting ONE wallpaper. Every time they cycle, Windows resets the palette without telling SRB2, so we can't fix it...

I don't use a dynamic wallpaper, just the colours are weird from the get go. It's weird that I have to use OpenGL seeing as it worked fine not long ago.

Atleast it's working, And it's not that bad to use OGL ,Ogl makes The game looking Beautifull With FOG And Much more adds .

I'm having that exact problem, I fixed it last time by turning off Morphological Filtering in the Catalyst Control Center but now that doesn't even fix it this time.
