Hi at all
I discovered that SRB2 for Linux works on FreeBSD with Linux Binary Compatibility.
The bad thing is that SRB2 is not native on FreeBSD, but it works very well (except OpenGL, that seems terribly slow. But software rendering is OK)!
This is the only solution to get it working because srb2 doesn't yet compile on FreeBSD
Instructions for start SRB2 on FreeBSD:
1) download this file (from my website): http://users.vectorstar.net/~tails92/files/srb2_linux_libs.tar.bz2
2) Decompress the archive in the root directory with "tar -xjvf srb2_linux_libs.tar.bz2"
It will create some files in /compat/linux
3) do in a shell "kldload snd_driver" for loading the FreeBSD sound driver and later do "kldload linux" for loading linux compatibility
4) start srb2 in the same manner you do with linux
5) You have SRB2 started and working!

alam_gbc thanks for your linux port! How about a FreeBSD one? I'm not a programmer

Cool, i will make a FreeBSD binary, but... i will need to wipe my laptop first, "laptop + usb harddrive + lighting = !@#"
