Use Slate or White for Sakura's default color, Silver is too dark.
Wanted icon (the big icon) doesn't have the white background and looks messy, I can tell you put no effort and just used the SFA3 sprite.
Minimap icons shouldn't have any color other than the 3 greens so it doesn't stick out or confuse people.
Signpost is fine but it's a reused sprite as well, but Compile Arle did that too but at least did a fine job.
The overall sprite quality is very nice so you have more than enough potential to just lazily reuse sprites like this, you're better than that.
