Can't find srb2edit.cfg file

OK I downloaded Doom Builder and I know how to configure the IWAD and all that other suff, but In the tutorial it wants me to put srb2edit.cfg into my DB folder and I don't have srb2.cfg. I looked in my Srb2 folder and I didn't find it. Do I need to download it? Where could I find it if I need to? (I already searched wiki)

No just type srb2 doom builder in Google and it should come up.
