I found a bug so ill try my best to explain it
So to my surprise you still fill the insanity meter inside a special stage, causing a laggy mess but thats not real issue, my problem comes from special stage 4 cavern fortress, where if you get crushed in the library section with your insanity meter full, the game will crash for some reason
hopefully this gets fixed because i cant imagine what would happen on the following special stages

But overall, this mod is very fun. Good work

plus I wanted to explain to you what I said a couple of hours ago: the woosh thing
sometimes it happens that it does that sound effect, and at the same time it doesn't lock an enemy ending up consuming the knives without hitting nobody, nor showing the knife being thrown
 
So, I don't think the super transformation really works. I had all the emeralds, I had over 50 rings, and I didn't have a shield. But when I jumped and pressed spin...nothing.
Also, there's still a lot of crashing. Most notably with the final boss, which crashes consistently.

You did a very nice job with this, it is a very fun character to play as. A few things to note, though:
The default super color is gold. Though you overwrote this in the lua, there is still the afterimage, which is still gold. This can be fixed by manually giving Exetior a super color in S_SKIN, maybe red, or a darker blood red custom super color if you like.
If you have a full insanity meter, but turn super instead of killer mode, you can still activate killer mode while super, doing so overwrites the custom super music, causing the vanilla super music to play instead
I'll keep playing, and post any further issues I notice, but otherwise, great job!
 
v4.1.2:
- Killer mode deactivated when super
- Weapon next and previous can be replaced for custom 1 and 3
- Super ghost colors and such became red
- Legacy for ringslinger doesn't spawn fire
- Legacy now has battlemod support for firing arrows at the cost of 2 rings

v4.1.2a:
- Killer mode button has been swapped to Custom 2
- Menu sounds won't happen if you press certain buttons in battlemod
- Exetior's name appears in Battlemod
- Exetior now has the jumpthok and spindash always in battlemod
