The result of a collaboration between me and KTH:

The protagonists of the eponymous racing classic finally make their SRB2Kart appearance!

Comes in a .pk3 and is compatible with Record Attack.

Credits
CorBond: All Testarossa sprites, goal post sprite and map icon.
KTH: All driver/passenger sprites and the character select/rank icons.

All voices are taken from OutRun 2.

Very nice! I'd like to see the tires turn on the drift frames, though.
 
Can't wait to see the outrunners cars show up! (There's 7 in the arcade. Genesis has an 8th one but it's just the Virtua Formula from Virtua Racer who already has a mod so there's no reason to bother with him.)
The outrun cast shown here is the Speed Buster car in Outrunners then you have Easy Handling, Smooth Operator, Bad Boy, The Road Monster, Quick Reactor, Wild Chaser and Mad Power.
