Originally from SegaSonic the Hedgehog, Ray the Flying Squirrel is finally available for kart!
He uses Goten voice clips from Raging Blast 2.

Ray is only slightly altered from Tails, with a speed of 3 and weight of 3. With this, you'll accelerate a little bit slower with a slightly faster top speed. Drifting is a tad less tight as well.
