(opengl) visual sector brightness/opace bug

I was making a map and when I went to test, the bug happens, it does: sector brighness to 255, tranlucent blocks/things to opace and if you see in the gif, the water has no colormap!, if I go to console, it goes back to normal, but it continues happening if i try to test! (sorry if i error, beacause i am br! =/)
