Ban from joining netgames

Me and my brother are ban from joining netgames because of hacking. We did not do any hacking. I need someone to fix this.

there was a report, with a log, from your IP, join, flooding, parting, (and repeat) a server, this is not a hack per say, just very annoying

remember, the using the Maserserver is a privilege to you, not a right, that we took away when you abuse it
 
Upon investigation, we've found that this may have just been a bizarre fluke. I must apologize -- the ban has been removed.

I'm willing to unban you this time, but if this behaviour is reported again, I won't hesitate to re-instate a ban.
