Jack Frost the Magnificent joins the race!

Hello, this is my first time posting this and first time making a mod for SRB2 Kart!
I introduce to you, Jack Frost!
Jack Frost is low level demon in games and a mascot for ATLUS.
He uses bufu skills to attack and he is weak to-
Oh wait, this is kart... Sorry...

  • Stats: 6 speed and 4 weight

this pl-hee-ses me very much, ho. i like that he's styled less like srb2kart and a little more like smt synchronicity. it's a neat detail, i like it.
