why can't I download specific addons because of permission

So I wanted to download destructive illusion and I did int have permission why?

It has been removed from the MB,so you can't download it anymore

Destructive Illusion was moved back to submissions after it was discovered that the MODID for the exe is the same as that in vanilla (which is bad for netplay because someone could play in a vanilla SRB2 netgame with it), though a week's notice to fix the issue was given to the author beforehand.

However, that was 3 months ago. Nothing has happened since then.
