Exactly. Please don't listen to me. :[

My computer is Pentium III 800mhz with 128mb RAM on Windows XP and it runs SBR2 practically perfect in Software Mode once the game has loaded up. Loading large music files does make my game freeze for a few seconds though. Such a bad computer also prevents me from hosting properly, but meh, I don't really host anyway.

Another thing, my computer has sound problems (it doesn't play sound), but, I load SRB2 with the Launcher, BAM! I gots sound for SRB2!
