[Model] 3D Solid Snake model for Chengi's Pack

Kept you waiting, huh? A 3D model for Solid Snake that was made to work while using the ChengiCharPack. Snake is properly animated and has the multiple different expressions depending on if you are neutral, drifting or spinning out! There's a proper blend texture but the default/preferred color palette is Nickel for those who many be wondering. To install it in version 1.2 of SRBK2 you just need to download it and then add SLDS SLDS/SLDS.md3 3.0 0.0 to your mdls.dat via Notepad. Shout outs to Mechano for helping and basically doing everything to get this to where it is.
