OpenGL filtering and antialiasing issues

Antialiasing and filtering mode still don't save in any config file and thus get reset on restart, have to be set in an autoexec file.


Speaking of filtering, why does nearest_mipmap now also ruin the HUD? It didn't in 2.1, and it's the only decent looking filtering mode at distance...
 
Can not fix

The OpenGL anti-aliasing and filtering options are picked up AFTER OpenGL is done setting up, since we need to ask what OpenGL API what it can do
 
...I don't know, make it save it in an autoexec.cfg instead of...nothing?


Also what about nearest_mipmap and the HUD?
