How to make a character pack

Rip 2.1 Match/CTF
I've been trying to create my own character pack (So I don't have to ask and get an infraction) but unfortunately, I don't know how. Can I get a tutorial or a guide please cause that give me some tremendous help.

NOTE: This is slightly outdated but it is helpful regardless:

That teaches you the basics. Now, if you want to make an ability using Lua, I'd suggest the following resources for learning and understanding LUA and how to use it for player abilities:

May I warn you: making a character for SRB2 often requires you to make a LOT of sprites. This is not for everyone.

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it. I've got that part done, so how do I put them all into a character pack rather than having them all separately?
