Invalid Segment Violation

When ever i mod the game, and after a little while, when in a act as Sonic & Tails, when i try to fly, it causes the Segment Violation error.

I dont understand why the Segment Violation thing dosent appear in the Software Renderer, and it aslo dosent shows up when OpenGL dosent have md2s, pretty strange.

Pretty strange, does your mod have lua, and if so, then does it have any scripts causing it?

I tried the Pipe Towers Revamped map, and after a while Flying with Sonic & Tails, the Segment Violation thingy appeared. :/
And mabye my custom music and sounds are causing it too, with Sonic & Tails only. or if not the custom music and sounds.
WAIT theres more, i was playing Dimension Glaber, with FSonic and Tails, after a while when i try flying agian, I GET ANOTHER SEGMENT VIOLATION. SO, I GET SEGMENT VIOLATIONS WITH ANY DUO CHARACTER.
