2.0 -> 2.1, do i need to go through releasing again?

Returned for 2.2!
I update my old character...and then realized he was moved to outdated.
Do i have to go through the release process again?
 
Yes you do, but I've been keeping an eye on submissions since 2.1 came out and I'll be doing so for a while so if it works it'll be processed in no time.
