i want to use the metal sonic wad

i have it, but just nots it picture. I looked at the faq that says how to install the wad files, but i don;'t have a launcher, i doun't know whats a console, and i don't have a wad section.
 
You can get the launcher in the Addons section, you can get to the console by pressing the ~ key in-game, and the wads section is your SRB2 folder.
