I downloaded the zip for Olimar, but when I only see a tiny version of him. Am I blind or is the bigger Olimar no longer available?

haha it was an april fools prank from a year ago. I was planning on releasing olimar last year but I was burnt out and dealing with personal issues. but now since I'm back, expect olimar releasing this month, along with his coworker!
