Fixed Pressing ctrl+backspace in the console causes a game crash.

Basically what the title says, if you press ctrl+backspace when there's no text in place where you type commands in the console, the game just outright crashes. It happens regardless of if mods are loaded or anything, and I tested on a fresh copy just to make sure.

If the info is needed, I'm running the 32-bit version of SRB2 v2.2.8 on Windows 10 64-bit.

I did some quick testing. This bug was introduced in 2.2.7.

I tested this and it crashes in 2.2.8 and 2.2.7 but 2.2.6. In 2.2.7 update, it included this merge request, which may be the reason:

!1092 (merged) - Word delete/backspace works in console. (Word movement worked before.)
