problems with the master server

after the day it was given a new address for the master server, no one else got into my server host, and could not even see him, and he rarely saw my server, do not get into it.

how do I fix this problem? is it my internet?

Wireles modem: Dl 524
Default Gateway: 10.1.1.1

ms.srb2.org:28900 - this is master server adress
Write in console - masterserver ms.srb2.org:28900

I already did this before writing this post, and not solved the problem, thanks anyway.

It might be because other people haven't yet updated their config.cfg.

Honestly, I don't know why it wasn't ms.srb2.org:28900 by default in the first place. I have to talk about this to Cue for possible solutions.

Well to let you know it was default on mine and I was only able to play it for a day but the next time I got on it didn't work

but will have been other people who have not updated your config.cfg or not I who updated the same? I just run the srb2update or I have to do something else?
