Water splashes failing to appear in certain conditions in low water

I've noticed that the splash the character makes when FALLING in water, not the one when jumping back out, does not happen in specific conditions:


- 30 to 32 fracunit tall water > no splash only when landing from a full (button held) jump, preferrably started from the water itself, regardless of sonic/knuckles it seems



- 28 fracunit tall water > no splash only when falling (not jumped) from any height


- 27 and lower > mixed behaviour of the two above, seems random


This all happens in water that is deep enough to drown in, and that makes the "splish" when you jump out of it, so it should when falling in as well.




P.S.: Not related but please have the teleport command have a less crappy syntax in the next update, it's so painful to use.

When I implemented the splash, I followed similar behavior to how Sonic 1, 2, and 3 did it. Those games had the advantage of running at 60fps though, and some of the 'quirks' are more pronounced at 35fps.
