Ok some of you guys might think that I'm just salty it didnt release but ill say what i have.
I like this modern sonic mod for srb2, i find it really fun to play as and when i saw it getting an overhaul i couldn't wait for it to release so i waited and waited (i think the trailer was in 2020-2021so like 3 years maybe?) and with them saying it will release this month i was hyped as much as you guys, but it was unfortunate that it will be delayed yet again... I get it they have lives and motdspork has a child which is pretty cool! But i feel like hyping us while not being sure is kind of weird but its okay its a mod after all not the end of the world.

I'd be waiting for info before continuing the discussion about the release date. It's kinda pointless with the little info have tbh

Also it isn't really delayed but spork said himself that with the hand he's got he doesn't see the mod being worked on at a pace that'll get it released on Xmas

his son was born sooner than expected. in a discord screenshot sent by kaz it was said about the son and the possibility of the delay.

Idk maybe it’s because we are just tired of waiting. Sure it won’t kill us but it will come out. We just DON’T wanna wait, we are tired of broken promises (look none of us are bothered by them but I’m I’m not gonna really sugarcoat it)
In all im just ready for it to come out.

Ikr? This is like a test subject. Imagine we get bamboolzed and the mod ends up getting canceled 💀
 
Either way it wouldn't be cancelled, it wouldn't make a lot of sense despite the fact they've been working on V6 for years now. All that hard work would be for nothing so the worst (I Think would happen) is it getting delayed even further but even so the wait will be worth it and its in our best interest to continue to show them support for all their hard work
