This character honestly has some really fun abilities that makes blasting through levels really rewarding. I like Soap's design too, it is very silly looking but intimidating at the same time. Proudly I say, welcome to releases! I'm gonna keep checking out this character more.

Can you fix the console errors that comes up when you add Soap to the game? It's nothing game breaking but it seems like it's a bad level header?
 
Not sure if this is just me or not, But my game chugs whenever Soap is loaded, Even if I'm not playing as him. Other than that, I love his chaotic moveset.

Some errors to fix!

What's new in this update?
-Changed all AproxDistances to FixedHypots
-Fixed Mach 4 on hud
-Fixed the "Initializing Soap's table..." not being silent with silent paramater
-Fixed SOC MUSICDEF errors
-Probably tweaked the dust

You don't have to post it in my server, though it would be easier for me to see there. As for the 2 bugs SRBluke122 and r09Lucas posted, I'll keep looking into them.

He doesn't have arms anyway, since he design him as what he is. It's only not in the actual normal sprites that you showed the gif, of course. Though he might have a sprite that has arms on him, possibly. Like XTRAB0, which has the CSS art does make soap's arms appear. Even super sprites have his arms in it, which is cool.
 
I've played this a bit, and it's fun!
Although, I do wonder, would you ever decide to make the larger ring collecting radius its own addon? I've actually wanted an addon that does exactly that, but I can't code for hecc.
But anyways, I like all the little things put into it.
 
Alright uhh apparently the spindash glitch in 2D sections only works in the older version but i discovered a new glitch tho soap in zoom tubes is a little glitchy... uhh
