Yep, you read that right! Boyfriend from FNF is coming to SRB2! ...at a very slow pace that is.

He doesn't really have much done at the moment besides his whole moveset (needs tweaks) and his stand rotation but yeah! real!

uhhhh oh also he has a thread in the official srb2 server in #modding-central the thread is named "Salt's Spriting Station" go there if you want quicker updates than what I'll be putting in this mb thread

The mod looks pretty cool I wish I can help but idk how to lua I also a idea for boyfriend which is super boyfriend (from sonic.exe)
 
Oh yeah! This is actually happening!

Jokes aside,i think there was an another Boyfriend mod,but it was MediaFire's exclusive.
 
The video feels slightly awkward to watch for me,
probably the combo of lag + first person.

aside from that though the mic throw looks pretty neat i guess

I'd say it would be better if it was gf instead because since they both had some "relationship" if ya know what I mean

Honestly, making a health system would be jank already! Because of how srb2 works you would need to check for every thing possible in the ShouldDamage hook, while MobjDamage hook wouldn`t work because rings... But if you always make player have 1 ring it would be possible for mobj damage but it would be like ring generator.

According to the SRB2 Wiki, returning true in an MobjDamage hook overrides SRB2's damage behavior, which, in turn, should allow for a custom health system without using rings.
