Robusted is a faster character and is agile. It has various abilities that can make Sonic Robo Blast 2 gameplay easier.
Abilities:
Jump Thok: Press Jump mid-air.
Bounce Attack: Press Spin mid-air(you will have a stronger Bounce attack after you hit Jump mid-air).
Lightdash: Run on trail of rings.
I've already seen that the first person who saw my mod that I made with great affection is a very rude person!
Also, it's still in progress! I'm still making changes to the mod!

Also, I think we both know that they have a point. You posted this character here (not even sure why since it isn't even finished) without any context provided. Nothing telling us what this character is supposed to be, its progress and how far you want to take it, nothing substantial. If I were you, I wouldn't fault others for not receiving your character nicely if there isn't much to receive in the first place.
Giving criticism doesn't make someone rude, so don't be on the receiving end of it and get annoyed at them for giving you criticism. That doesn't make you look very good FYI. If it's constructive (and it is in this case), you're not going to be in a better position by writing it off as someone just bringing you down.

Perhaps I'm wrong and it isn't a truly finished addon, but I'm not getting the impression that this is the case. Maybe make it more clear that this is a work in progress rather than a character avoiding Releases.

If you make a character I at least RECOMMEND making custom sprites and not recolors, and less re-used abilities. I can even think up some abilities for you! Just tell me what he's all about, what his personality or something is and I'll probably help you out with his abilities.
Although it is 11pm here for me so maybe tomorrow, good luck with this though!

I will say tho..this moveset isn't very original, could probably name like multiple other Sonic that have moves similar to this, so I would recommend try giving him some more unique abilities to differenciate him from other Sonics on the MB

This mod is nothing but a black Sonic with scripts stolen from just about every Reusable source possible, cobbled together in an error-prone fashion to make an overpowered character. I could go on about how these abilities do not synergize, or how something like the bounce is irrelevant when your main jump can go 3 times higher than your bounce height, or how going into dash mode makes literally all of your abilities pointless because you are literally invincible.
It's pretty clear you don't care for Lua scripting, and just want your OP character. If you what to go on a power trip, then more power to you, but don't expect anyone but children to enjoy it too. An overpowered character can be fun, but what frustrates me more than anything, is the clear lack of care to learn anything. I think using some reusable scripts is fine, but it can't be all that this mod is. With no art or scripting made for it, and nothing Robusted can consider their own, then you effectively made nothing. It's a compilation of others' work, and that is simply not acceptable here.
If you can't draw your character, then instead, you need to come up with original concepts. We do accept overpowered recolors, but only when they try doing something unique. Crystal Sonic, Rose Gold Amy, and the like are all powerful, al recolors, and all very different from other characters. Its not as simple as "they jump high and can become untouchable by running". Most if not all of their scripting is unique to them too. The most fun-to-play OP characters have unique forms of movement, so I suggest you instead come up with unique ways of moving around as opposed to high jumping and a basic homing attack. I can't design your character for you, but there's plenty you can do in a game like this.
I don't think you should continue with Robusted as he is now, and you really should start fresh. Don't worry about taking aesthetic scripts like getting voices to play, or walking sounds, or the figure 8 script, or any of that yet. Just focus on making a character that feels fun to move around with. New forms of movement is the most important thing your character can bring to a platformer. It ain't easy, but it sure ain't impossible.
EDIT: Oh, and it steals from Modern and Adventure Sonic, neither of which are reusable. That's just flat out against out rules.

I fucking hate the average person on this site.
My dude. You literally just put the (really low quality might I add) CSS and provided absolutely nothing else. Which looks like "lmfao here's my obligatory black edgy the edgelord sonic recolor css" at first glance.
Not to mention you literally stole scripts. I know mod-making is hard but that gives you no right to go Robin-Hood mode and steal scripts from actually good mods.
Mix effort with at least some amount of originality to make a good character.
