Yeah, it's not really an ideal thing to tell people to do x or add in z for y, but since I like the idea maybe I'll add it in
 
Actually that's a great idea, maybe I'll add Lawyer Gesture Support, the creator of Lawyer Gesture Support is also on the dev team so that's a nice coincidence!

its just a mod that allows you to basically do an ace attorney scene in srb2, i honestly prefer yelling "TAKE THAT" at eggman in it, though not to sponsor anything

Great news, folks! XMomentum compatibility has now been fully implemented, with a sweet trick fail sprite to cross it off the list, based on an iconic scene in 2.1's intro!

Incase you're not in the SRB2 Discord, then we can now announce here that Extra Life will be getting RushChars support!
Right now it's just a Sol form (with a sweet color and HUD graphic courtesy of CloneFighter and Cobaltn't respectively), but maybe boat sprites aren't that far out of the realm of possibilities if Vanilla's up for it lol.

Holding Fire Ring (not Fire Normal) turns Extra Life into a walking black hole, dragging any nearby enemies towards him. This allows you to deal with enemy hordes (and even bosses!) a bit quicker. Maybe you can even fool your Co-op allies and steal all the glory for yourself?

But beware, as this new ability of yours runs on a brand new energy source - Void Rings!

Each time you load up the mod, you are gifted 10 Void Rings, which is also the maximum amount that you can hold. Using the Portable Black Hole(tm) drains one Void Ring from your count every second. You can get more Void Rings from defeating regular enemies, however the chances are very slim - exactly 25%.


There's still plenty to come for v2, so be on the lookout for any updates! The Sol form isn't quite finished yet, but once it's done we'll be moving on to revamping Extra Life's BattleMod moveset!

Hey, paisanos! Quick progress update:

I haven't been working on v2 for a while because I'm currently on vacation for two weeks. I'm also going to be helping jayflamestar with scripting for their character project, so once I come back and I finish scripting for Jay's character, I'll be putting most of my time back into Extra Life.
