Super close to being done. I have posted everything I've made in the SRB2 server in the spriting channel. I should gather it all and post it here soon, maybe even in the first post.

Given how close Super Sonic is to being done sprite-wise, I'm guessing it's safe to assume he's coming this year?

Yeah, seems like it. Probably in late November if we are thinking of best case scenario and not December which is what Golden and Metal are assuming to be where SA-Sonic will be released.

Here's a legitimate question, though.
If Spriting is super close to being done (Normal Sonic was done before Super, right?), and... If I remember correctly, Shine already finished the coding...
That'd mean he could probably be available to the masses by the end of November, yeah? Or would there be something else you guys want or have to finish before that?
That is, if I didn't miss something being incomplete yet apart from Super Sonic's sprites.

I honestly agree, I would wait for more time so that SA-Sonic can have more bug fixes and have him tested more so he can be better than ever. I do hope they will take their time.
Oh yeah... Play testing, the final polish. That completely skipped my mind. My bad!

friendly reminder that this project was meant to release back in september. i don't think it's reasonable to make any kind of assumptions about when it'll release, the hype train will arrive at its destination when it's ready to!
Yep, exactly! You two, take your time, if it has to release on 2022, it will, if it doesn't, it won't!
(...I mean, with MetalWario going this fast as sprite making, i don't think saying take your time works LOL)
