This was originally a release of Asha and Pepelogoo, but now it's a pack containing all the characters I have made myself for SRB2Kart! Back when I first released Asha and Pepelogoo I planned to have my own pack someday, and here it is.
So far this pack contains 13 characters, with more to come...eventually.
Character info
Asha
Monster World IV
Speed: 4 | Weight: 4
The main heroine of her game and one of the fated legendary heroes of the Wonder Boy series, Asha is generally average stat-wise but slightly favours handling and acceleration.
Audio source: Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World
Pepelogoo
Monster World IV
Speed: 6 | Weight: 1
Asha's amorphous companion is also joining the race, despite its armless body! It's pretty speedy, but very easy to knock off the road.
Audio source: Monster World IV (some edited)
Jenny Wakeman / XJ-9
My Life as a Teenage Robot
Speed: 7 | Weight: 8
A robot built to defend Earth from all kinds of threats, Jenny wants to live a normal teenage life and have some fun. Her robotic build makes her very heavy and difficult to control, but she can still drive as fast as she can fly!
Audio source: My Life as a Teenage Robot, Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl
Jirachi
Pokémon
Speed: 4 | Weight: 2
This mythical wish-granting Pokémon is usually awake for only one week every 1,000 years, but has decided to spend that time racing! Its part-Steel typing adds a small amount to its light weight, and has near-balanced speed and acceleration.
Audio source: PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure, Pokémon anime
Lumina Flowlight
Sonic Shuffle
Speed: 2 | Weight: 1
Originally the exposition fairy in her game, the positive half of the dream goddess Illumina has decided to try her hand at racing! Being a fairy, she's incredibly light but has high acceleration and handling.
Audio source: Sonic Shuffle
Void
Sonic Shuffle
Speed: 5 | Weight: 3
Illumina's negative half has also joined the race! His speed and acceleration are balanced and he's good with handling, but will winning races help him fill his own emptiness?
Audio source: Sonic Shuffle
Meggy Spletzer
SMG4
Speed: 7 | Weight: 4
Boasting high speed and a slight edge in handling, this Inkling-turned-human from the SMG4 universe is no stranger to competition whether it be a Turf War or a race!
Audio source: Various SMG4 episodes
Papyrus
Undertale
Speed: 3 | Weight: 6
This kooky skeleton from deep underground Mt. Ebott is up for some racing action with an acceleration-focused kart, hoping to share his famous(?) spaghetti with the competition!
Audio source: Undertale
Vivian
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Speed: 4 | Weight: 3
One of the Shadow Sirens, Vivian is overcoming her inferiority complex to try some racing. Though somewhat light due to her ghostly body, she has good handling and a slight edge in acceleration.
Audio source: Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (GameCube & Switch)
Item Box
Sonic the Hedgehog
Speed: 9 | Weight: 5
If Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled can have an Iron Checkpoint Crate as a playable character, then surely SRB2Kart can have a playable Item Box too! This unusual racer plugs itself into the kart to supercharge it for high top speed!
Audio source: Various classic Sonic games
Rulue
Puyo Puyo
Speed: 6 | Weight: 6
The beautiful fighting queen had heard both Arle and the Dark Prince were competing, so she entered the race herself with above-average speed and weight. Prepare yourself for her techniques!
Audio source: Puyo Puyo Tetris, Puyo Puyo Champions
Bob Bobowski
SMG4
Speed: 7 | Weight: 5
The rapping bandit of the SMG4 universe hits the track in a fast middleweight kart! He hopes to win big so he can score with the ladies!
Audio source: AcapelaBox (WillFromAfar text-to-speech)
Yarn Yoshi
Yoshi's Woolly World
Speed: 4 | Weight: 1
It's a Yoshi, only this one is made out of yarn. This makes this particular Yoshi lighter than other versions of the character, but has near-balanced speed and acceleration and excellent handling.
Audio source: Yoshi's Story, Mario Kart Wii
