Gears and starters! It's Belle the Tinkerer from the Sonic the Hedgehog IDW comics! With 3 speed and 6 weight, she's got average control but can catch up quick.
I initially finished this addon around May of 2022, but forgot to include voicelines in my first submission and never got around to resubmitting! Oops!
Belle uses Freddi's voice from Freddi Fish 2: The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse. I had trouble picking out a voice that was accessible and sort of fit, but if you have any suggestions on alternate voicelines to use I might update them. I'm not very experienced picking existing lines to a different character!
Let me know here or on the Discord if you use this addon! It'd be nice to see it go to use. I've got another character in the works in the meantime!
