[1.3.6] SRB2 Persona: Multiplayer Demo 1.3.6

there seen to be a problem trying to play this with recent version of srb2 and the gui seem to work but the mode selection is invisble and idk how to get this to work prob is a good addon but can you make this work

This is a fantastic Mod for SRB2. Even though I never experienced Persona in it's fullest; this mod does not disappoint.

There is so much to this Mod that even adding Add-ons to it doesn't really matter. For now for the version it is on you cannot play a Single-player mode, (Referring to the Campaign/Story) you can just play in a Party with 3 other characters in Quick Play and it is just as enjoyable.

Everyone controls really well. My favorite by far is Knuckles; being able to glide and climb walls to stay away from enemies is just a great addition.

Every Character has different Persona's and the one that doesn't really fit well with the Persona that they have is Blaze. She uses Ice moves in this for some odd reason yet she makes Fire quotes, Well there is no other character that uses Ice moves that well either so I will give them a pass for it.

Every Enemy has a weakness, (Except a few) and learning what is weak or what repels what a element/attack from them to draw it or type it onto a Document makes finding out Enemies really fun! So far at this point from this review, I have only played Easy, Normal and Hard. I am planning to go through other difficulties soon.

and before I say it, even though Single-Player in Quick Play is a fun experience it has got to be more fun in Multiplayer.

I have yet to try this with friends because this looks really fun to play Multiplayer wise.

5/5 I hope to see this Mod get even more better and unique. Please keep going!

I feel like I should probably leave a review, considering how much time I have spent playing srb2p.

I didn't get the opportunity to play more than 2 hour of multiplayer overall, and I barely touched the modding support, but despite that, the amount of content available in vanilla srb2p is enough for quite a big amount of playtime. Honestly! If srb2p got cancelled tomorrow, the amount of content found here is, in my opinion, enough to consider it a full game (despite it only being a demo).

The battle system is a mix of persona 3's 3 physical types, persona 5's main battle system (minus being able to baton pass to teammates that have already had their turns) and elements, persona Q's sub persona system and boost meter (and link attacks) and the SMT buff system. The added Rogue mode means that you can't just remember the affinities of enemies, so you do have to figure out how to beat an enemy the first time you encounter it. Shuffle time is back, too. It's a mashup of everything great about the various persona battle mechanics.

srb2p also include voice acting and quite a few easter eggs. I would add more, but I don't know how much more time I can say why it's good without it sounding like a bigger version of the description tab

tl;dr : srb2p good game, very fun. Also made me try srb2

You turned a 3D platformer created from the bones of a first-person shooter into a turn-based RPG. And a good one, at that.

Incredible mod! It's so big, it had to be its own exe file, and I LOVE IT! Wish I can give it 10 stars. 11/10!

Absolutely amazing, even without a story mode. SRB2P is a lot of fun by yourself or with friends, and has tons of modding capabilities like new characters, bosses, and more

Never played persona, but even without prior experience this is an awesome and fun extra game. The extra modes are awesome to take a look through, the challenges are interesting, and running through Tartus with buddies is some of the most (if frustrating sometimes) fun I've ever had, and as a cherry on top the mod support is amazing and the marathon mode letting you save while going through an entire crusade from bottom to top is wonderful. I cannot wait to see how this evolves.

A wonderful gamemode all around. I've always wanted a multiplayer Persona-like game, and this scratches that itch hardcore!

The addition of a marathon mode with save files in version 1.3 has got me completely sold. I feel like that was the single thing missing from this game for me, as I felt it was a bit unsatisfying to start from arbitrary levels of Tartarus instead of climbing the whole entire tower progressively. This problem is now completely absent with the addition of this mode, and I couldn't be happier

In addition, the changes to the battle system compared to a contemporary Persona game like Persona 5 are great, providing a balanced multiplayer experience and giving this game its own sense of identity, even when its aesthetics are heavily borrowed from Persona 3. One of my favorite additions is the introduction of spells that affect other teammates besides just the normal buff skills, as it gives an added depth to strategy that elevates the multiplayer experience significantly.

Overall, I really don't have many complaints about this add-on at all, and it's a shining example of the community's wonderful ability to borrow from a pre-established formula and transform it into a unique experience that stands on its own. Keep up the great work, Lat' and co!

How can ever time I try to get it working it won't work I downloaded the updated files but even if enable the mods it won't work and when I go to SRB2Persona Application it says " The code execution cannot proceed because libcurl.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" but the mod is cool and the idea is great but the problem of it not working it pain. When I try 1 player I'm stuck at the spawn area same with multiplayer. I've used the file to try to help me but it didn't work. Still a good mod and idea but horrible because of the it won't work or maybe I'm doing something wrong. I give it 3 stars cause it may be me or mod.

Best. Mod. Ever. Your work is a piece of art, that needs more attention, honestly. With the plus hazards, interactions, updates, etc. Good work! You deserve a break or 2 for all that hard work. (if it was hard to update that is.)

It shocks me how good this is, it's the RPG in SRB2 I've always wanted! the only bug I really encountered are the fact the game sometime calls for music not available. But other than that this game is basically perfect!

This game is awesome I love it.
