Server does not Show up in List

I've been trying to host an SRB2 server, and it's driving me up the wall. I have port 5029 forwarded to my router, and I got Ring Racers, which uses the same port, to list. I've also been able to have people join my server. I can open up Ring Racers and start a server, use Task Manager to kill it completely so I know it's not in the way, and then try SRB2 with no luck. Then, go back to Ring Racers, and it works just fine.

I have no idea what the problem could be now, and I'm at a severe loss with every other thread I've found either having no replies, "I have this problem too", or solutions I've already tried.

I've included screenshots in no particular order so someone can tell me what I've done wrong or how to fix it.

My internet is via a Mediacom/Xtreme Eero, which logs in using an app rather than a browser.

While digging around my firewall settings, I learned that according to AVG, SRB2 is always considered "inactive," but Ring Racers does show up when I start a server. This isn't indicative of my firewall blocking SRB2; instead, it seems it is simply not going online in the first place.

The first thing I'll say is that Ring Racers doesn't require portforwarding, so it doesn't matter at all when it comes to problems with hosting vanilla. You can disregard it here.

As you are on Windows, there is one potential solution. Go to Control Panel, then Windows Defender Firewall, then "Allow an App or Feature Through Windows Defender Firewall." Once there, scroll down until you see srb2win.exe. Make sure it has permission to communicate on both public and private networks.

Either I'm really bad at the alphabet, or it's just not listed here at all. It should be between Spotify and Stardew right?

Regardless, the Windows Defender page tells me that AVG is actually what is in charge of my firewall.

However, when I went back through just now to get screenshots of AVG's firewall stuff to try and go from there, it suddenly worked. I didn't change anything from when I made the post; I don't even think my computer restarted, so it wasn't like an update came through unless my Eero updated.

So, if anyone in future has any problems and finds this post, here's how my AVG firewall is set up for SRB2. This is the first time I'm seeing it, and if your's doesn't look like this, try adding these rules to it I guess. Or wait on your Eero to have an update maybe?
